The marriage of Zaynab Part-2 Final

The marriage of Zaynab
Refuting accusations Part-2
(Updated)

This is continues work of my work on Part-1 please read part-1 before reading this

Continuing the rebuttal to the third narration:
I said (Abu ʿOmar) : and Imam Muhammad Ibn Jarir said the same Narration on with this same sanad in his well-known Tarikḫ(History) by Tarikḫ Al-Umam Wa Al-Miluk [1]
Knowing that the source of Imam Al-Tabari is Unknown and that makes it even worse
The words of Muqatil Ibn Suleiman:
{The Prophet (peace be Upon him) married Zaynab Bint Jahish from Zaid so she stayed with him from then, then the prophet came one day to Zaid asking for him, then Zaynab appeared she was white Beautiful filled and the best looking of Quraish women, so he left saying (Glory be to God, who causes the hearts to turn) so Zaynab heard these words and she told it to Zaid so Zaid said: ”Oh Prophet of God allow me to divorce her, she brags about herself, and she harm me with her tongue “ the prophet replied” hold your wife and fear Allah”}[2]

Problems with Muqatil

Imam Al-Darqanti said:
{Muqatil Ibn Suleiman Al-kḫrasani lies}[3]
Imam Al-Dahabi said:
{Bukḫari said: Muqatil is nothing at all
I said (Al-Dahabi speaking here of himself) : the all ajmaʿo (they all agreed) on leaving him}[4]
Imam Ibn Abi Hatim said:
{Muqatil Ibn Suleiman Al-Balkḫi the owner of the Tafisr and Manakir(denied or rejected hadiths)}[5]

And Imam Al-Qurtobi said:
{it was told that when Zaid when to his bed and Zaynab said “and Zaid didn’t let me go except of what god has forbidden him to do”, this narration Abi Usma Noh Ibn Abi Maryam the hadith was said Zaynab that she said that and in some narrations: ”Zaid got angry when she rejected him when he wanted her”}[6]
Originally in [7]

This is a lie and Abi Usma Noh Ibn Abi Maryam is a liar and will be exposed Now
Imam Abu Hajaj Al-Mazi said:
{Ibn Hanbal said: my father said Abi Usma used to write denied hadiths
And Ahmed Ibn Saad said: I asked Yahya Ibn Maʿin about Abi Usma Noh Ibn Abi Maryam he said “he is nothing and his hadiths should not be written”
And Ibrahim Ibn Yaʿqub said: Abi Usma Noh Ibn Abi Maryam his hadiths is to be rejected
And Abu Zarʿa said: Daʿif (weak) hadith teller
And Abu Hatim and Muslim Bin Al-Hajaj and Abu Bashir Al-Dolabi and Darqanti all said: Matruk Hadith (his hadiths is to be left)
And Bukḫari saidAbi Usma Noh Ibn Abi Maryam his hadiths is to be rejected
And said in another place (Bukḫari) his hadith is very weak
And Al-nisai said: Abi Usma Noh Ibn Abi Maryam is not trustworthy and not counted on}[8]

What is authentic about the Narrations?

Imam Al-Qurtabi said:
(narrated by Ali ibn Hussain : that the Prophet of God (Peace Be Upon Him) that Allah has told that Zaid is divorcing Zaynab, and he is marrying her by the permission of Allah, so when Zaid complained to the prophet about the behavior (manners) of his wife Zaynab and that she is disobeying him and told him that he want to divorce her, the prophet (Peace be Upon Him) said by the a good manners and recommendation (Fear Allah regarding what you said and Hold your Wife) and he knows he is going to be separated from her and marry the prophet, and he is the one who kept it hidden ……. And the prophet Feared that some people might pass him and marry Zaynab before him….and what is said about the prophet was lost when he saw Zaynab the wife of Zaid and maybe brought some poetry that is the accusations of ignorance about the prophet (ʿṣma) or mockery about his Sanctity Al-tirmidi Al-hakim in his book (Nawadir Al-oṣol) and it was transmitted to Ali Ibn al Hussain of his saying From (Khazana Al- ʿilm Jawhar min Al-jawahir wa Dar min Al-dar) that Allah has admonish him when he knew she will be one of his wives so how did he said after that to Zaid (Hold Your Wife)….[9]
So Imam Al-Qurtabi doesn’t see any authenticity in the so called narration that was discussed before
Now we go to a part that is mentioned about the prophet eyes felled on her beauty
Because in the narration Ibn Al-Arabi brings this so called accusation he said:” this is how Imamas of the Haramain said it and the Ulama saw this in Zaid story of this meaning…….he set free Saffiyah and made her manumitting a sadaka)

So where did Imam Al-Arabi said that?
It was said in book “Kitab Ahkam Al-Quran” By Imam Abu baker Ibn Al-Arabi:
{if his eyes felled on a man that man must divorce his wife and he marry her
Al-Qadi said:this is how Imams of the Haramain said it and they explained it in the story of Zaid and how the prophet’s eyes was felled in love with her}[10]
So Al-Arabi takes this from Imam Al-haramain Al-Faḍil Ibn ʿAiaḍ
So the question now does the hadith that Al-Faḍil Ibn ʿAiaḍ count on is correct?
The answer is NO
So now let us see if the story is valid though Quran Eyes

The Quran Refute the Story
Quran 68:4
{And indeed, you are of a great moral character}
And the person with the great moral character won’t do such a thing
And Shaikh Saadi said:
{and his saying” And indeed, you are of a great moral character” that proves that the prophet Muhammad indeed has Great moral character because god has teached him morals so how come he is not morally perfect when God said” Take what is given freely, enjoin what is good, and turn away from the ignorant.” Also saying” and consult them in the matter” and his saying “So by mercy from Allah , [O Muhammad], you were lenient with them. And if you had been rude [in speech] and harsh in heart, they would have disbanded from about you. So pardon them and ask forgiveness for them and consult them in the matter.” And so on from great manners that God has teached his prophet which made him the most perfect in manners among men and Aisha was asked about the prophet Character she replied “His character was the Qur'an” and was said “"was sent to perfect good manners.”}[11]
Quran 33:21
{There has certainly been for you in the Messenger of Allah an excellent pattern for anyone whose hope is in Allah and the Last Day and [who] remembers Allah often.}
Imam Ibn Kathir said:
{This Ayah is an important principle, to follow the Messenger of Allah in all his words, and deeds, etc. Hence Allah commanded the people to take the Prophet as an example on the day of Al-Ahzab, with regard to patience, guarding, striving and waiting for Allah to provide the way out; may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him forever, until the Day of Judgment. Allah says to those who were anxious and impatient and were shaken by feelings of panic on the day of Al-Ahzab :(Indeed in the Messenger of Allah you have a good example to follow) meaning, `why do you not take him as an example and follow his lead' Allah says: (for him who hopes in Allah and the Last Day, and remembers Allah much.)}[12]
Refuting the claim By Authentic Hadiths

Narrated AbuHurayrah:
The Prophet () said: Anyone who incites a woman against her husband or a slave against his master is not one of us.[13]
Sheikh Abi Al-Taib Al-Azim Abadi said:
{Who incites means who trick or cause a woman to betray her husband by mentioning the bad things about her husband or the good things about someone else}[14]
Imam Nisai said:
{Narraited by Musaʿab Bin Saad ,from his father said: ‘Uthman bin Abi Shaybah related to us: Ahmad bin al-Mufaddal related to us: Asbat bin Nasr related to us saying: al-Suddi claimed (za‘ama) from Mus‘ab bin Sa‘d from Sa‘d who said: On the day of the Conquest of Makkah ‘Abd Allah bin Abi Sarh hid himself with ‘Uthman bin ‘Affan. He came with him and made him stand before the Prophet and then said: O Messenger of God! Accept the allegiance of ‘Abd Allah. He raised his head three times, each time refusing him. Then he accepted his allegiance after the third time. He then turned to his Companions and said: “Was not there among you a right-minded man who would have stood to this one when I had withheld my hand from accepting his allegiance and killed him?” They said: “We did not know what you were thinking in your heart, O Messenger of God! Why did you not give us a signal with your eye?” He said: “It is not fitting for a prophet to hoodwink by the eyes}[15]

What is the point of this hadith??? This hadith show that a man was ordered to be killed yet the prophet was merciful to him he was standing in front of the prophet but the prophet didn’t kill him there is a lesson to be learned here

Bukḫari said:
{Narrated Abu Huraira:
While we were with Allah's Messenger he said, "While I was sleeping, I saw myself in Paradise, and suddenly I saw a woman performing ablution beside a palace. I asked, 'For whom is this palace?' They replied, 'It is for `Umar.' Then I remembered `Umar's Ghira (self-respect) and went away quickly." `Umar wept and said, O Allah's Messenger! How dare I think of my ghira (self-respect) being offended by you?}[16]

Conclusion:
It should be quite obvious to any critical thinking observer or anyone with any accurate mental capacity that the so called story of the prophet marriage to Zaynab is false it’s based on weak narrators false accusations and hatred

The marriage of Zaynab Part-1

The marriage of Zaynab
Refuting accusations Part-1

Note: sources are in Arabic I translated it work to English
In number of Anti-Muslim propaganda websites the issue of the marriage of Zaynab to the prophet Muhammad has raised so many issues in the Muslim world in this post we will lock at the authenticity of such claim but first we need to see the opinion of the classical scholars about the accusations against Islam
Imam Ibn Kamal said:
The books of tafsir are filled with fabricated hadiths[1]
Ibn Taimia said:
{and these books that many people call it books of tafsirs has so many rumored (Manqola) tafsirs from the Salaf and lies, and words about Allah and his messenger with no proven words, nothing but Fabricated and poetic Suspicions}[2]
Now let us begin Note as I said the sources I have are originally in Arabic but I took it and translated it into English the page number if the English version of the book exist will be a different page
Invalidity of the story by classical Islamic scholars:
And the prophet Feared that some people might pass him and marry Zaynab before him….and what is said about the prophet was lost when he saw Zaynab the wife of Zaid and maybe brought some poetry that is the accusations of ignorance about the prophet (ʿ ṣma) or mockery about his Sanctity Al-tirmidi Al-hakim in his book (Nawadir Al-oṣol) and it was transmitted to Ali Ibn al Hussain of his saying From (Khazana Al- ʿilm Jawhar min Al-jawahir wa Dar min Al-dar) that Allah has admonish him when he knew she will be one of his wives so how did he said after that to Zaid (Hold Your Wife)….}[3]

Imam Ibn Kathir said:
{Ibn Jarir and Ibn abi Hatim said: over here(referring to the story) a trace of about some salaf (may Allah be pleased with them) we want to ignore it because it’s not authentic so we don’t mention it}[4]
Imam Ibn Hajar Al- ʿAsqalani said:
{and other traces(stories)  said by Ibn abi Hatam and Al-Tabari and many Mofasirin(commentators) said should not be worried(or be concerned about) .. and what said about that the prophet was hiding that Allah told him that she will be his wife} [5]

Shikh Al-Shiqanti said:
{all these stories that said Zaynab excited the admiration of the Messenger of God has no authenticity in it}[6]
Skikh Mohii Al-din Darwish said:
{and what is said that the prophet went to the house of Zaid but Zaid was gone then he saw Zaynab and excited the admiration of the Messenger of God, and  he said :” Glory be to God the Almighty! Glory be to God, who causes the hearts to turn” so Zaynab Heard the words so she told Zaid about it then Zaid so he thought that he divorce her and so on, This nonsense that the prophet is far better than it was refuted by Ulama Imam Abu Bakir Ibn Al-Arabi said: it’s not authentic and the transmitters of it that Protesters who allegedly understand the verse can never reach the level of prophecy}[7]

The judge Abu Bakr ibn al-Arabi said :
{all these stories has no sanad}[8]
And the same judge transmitted the authentic story that was used by Qurtabi:
{and this story is unsupported , because what they said that the prophet when he saw her she excited the admiration of the Messenger of God is Invalid because he was with her in all times in all matters and there was no a cover at that time so how come he grow up with her and she grow up with him and notice her in every  hour and never excite his admiration only when she had a husband ? and she gave him herself, and hated anyone else, and that never came to his mind, so how can he think about something he never thought about it before , God forbid such pure heart from such filthy relationship}[9]
Doctor Muhammad Hussain Al- ḏahabi said:
{the are nothing but Falsehoods that was told by Ibn Jarir in his Tafsir and it’s just like who we pointed out to it is a false accusation he brought to islam by John of Damascus on āmmaiāh Era}[10]
Shaikh Muhammad Abu Zahra said:
{and this story(referring to Zaynab marriage) was nothing but Allegation inserted by the enemies of the religion, and ʿ Abdul Rahman Ibn Zaid Ibn Thabit was accused of lying ,and speaking with strange stories, and fabricated hadiths and no one mentioned this but the Mofasiron and news tellers that were obsessed with transmitting whatever they hear of Sickly and false stories, and nothing similar to this was found in the authentic hadiths books that is trustworthy, and what sahih has brought Contravenes from this, and not in this Reprehensible story}[11]

Mentioning the rejected Sanad in this story

The First sanad Imam Al-Tabari mentioned it in his Tafsir:
{Narrated by Bashar said: Zaid said: Saʿid said: from Qutada (And [remember, O Muhammad], when you said to the one on whom Allah bestowed favor and you bestowed favor) and it’s Zaid Allah has bestowed favor upon him and the prophet set him free (Hold on to your wife, and fear Allah in her. And you concealed within yourself that which Allah is to disclose) said: and he was hiding in himself the desire to divorce her}[12]
Now we see a fabricated words brought by Qutada, and Qutada in this story relies on the same narrations inserted by the enemies of Islam and we as Muslims if we saw the world bring a hadith that was latter turned out to have a weak sanad (Dai’f) then we should not accept it
Ibn Sirin said:
{when ever a Fitnah was inserted they will ask and check the sanad and say bring us your men (narrators) and then they will be looked upon it will be accepted if it was from Ahl Al-sunnah (trustworthy narrators) and will be rejected if it was from Ahl Al-Bida’ (weak narrators or people who bring innovations)}[13]

Now let us check if Qutada is to be trusted:
Imam Badr Al-Din Al-Zarkashi  said:
{narrated by Ibn Abi Hatim from Yahya From Bin Saʿid that he can’t see irsal (words) of Qutada and Zuhri as anything worthy and they are as winds (ignored)}[14]
Imam Shams Al-Dean Al-Dahabi said:
{Qutada Bin Daʿama Al-sadosi (Qutada himself but here is his full name)it’s by Ijmaʿ has been conformed that he is a Fabricator and he is well known at that}[15]

The Narration or Al-Tabari:
{narrated by Yunus said: we were told by Ibn Wahab said: Ibn Zaid (focus on this name Ibn Zaid) said: The Prophet married Zaynab Bint Jahash to Zaid Bin Haritha so the prophet one day went out to Zaid’s house and on the door there was a cover of hair so the wind blows and the hair is uncovered and it was Zaynab and she was in her room with head and arms uncovered and she excited the admiration of the Messenger of God and when that happed she told her husband and he went to the prophet and said :”oh messenger of Allah I want to divorce my wife” the prophet replied “why is there something in her you didn’t like?” Zaid replied with “no messenger of Allah there is nothing in her I didn’t like I only saw good out of her the prophet replied with “Hold your wife, and Fear Allah” for that Allah said(And [remember, O Muhammad], when you said to the one on whom Allah bestowed favor and you bestowed favor, "Keep your wife and fear Allah ," while you concealed within yourself that which Allah is to disclose(concealed within yourself that if you divorce her I will marry her}[16]

What is wrong in the narration?

The first fault Abullrahman Ibn Zaid (a weak narrator)
_________________________________________________________________
Imam Abo AL-hajaj Al-mazi said:
{Ahmed Ibn Hanbal said:Weak
And Bukhari and abu Hatim said: Ali Ibn madini made him very weak
Abu dawood said: the sons of Zaid Ibn Aslam are all weak Especially Abdullah
Al-Nisaʾi said: weak
Abu Zurʿa said:weak
Abu Hatim said: he is not strong in hadith he was righteous by himself and in hadith he wasn’t}[17]

The second fault is the Irsal(connection with the prophet)
_________________________________________________________________
Ibn Zaid narrate ot Directly from the prophet when he actually never been with him and that is what called Irsal and the hadith that has Irsal in it is not accepted

The Third narration of the story:
{Ibn Omar(known as Muhammad Ibn Omar Al-waqidi) said:Abullah Ibn ʿAmir Al-Aslami told me: From Muhammad Ibn Yahya Ibn Haban said: the prophet of God came to Zaid Ibn Haritha’s house asking for him and Zaid was Called Zaid Ibn Muhammad and maybe The prophet missed him he asked “where is Zaid?” so he came to his house and he didn’t find him so Zaynab came to him and told him “over here prophet of god” so the prophet went away saying something to himself(whispering to himself) no one knows what he was saying but god alone the one who cause hearts to turn, Zaid reached his own house and his wife told him the prophet came he replied “didn’t tell him to come in?” she replied “I did but he didn’t want to” she then said “I heard him saying some words I don’t understand and I heard him said “Glory be to God the Almighty! Glory be to God, who causes the hearts to turn”” so Zaid left tell he reached the prophet and he said: ”Oh prophet of God I heard you came into my house oh who is the one I will give up my mother and my father for Oh messenger of God you might saw something that you like in Zaynab so I can leave her and divorce her” the prophet replied “Hold your wife” Zaid could not lesson……he came to the prophet and said “Oh messenger of God if I divorce her” the prophet replied “Hold your Wife” then he didn’t lesson so the prophet replied “Keep your Wife” so Zaid left her and she became halal to the prophet so when the prophet was sitting talking to Aisha the prophet became thirsty then it was told about him (who should go to Zaynab and tell her that the prophet has married her by divine inspiration)and the prophet recited (And [remember, O Muhammad], when you said to the one on whom Allah bestowed favor and you bestowed favor,) the hole story Aisha said: ”and it was said to me from near and far about her beauty and the other which is the best and the most honored is the husband God has given her” Aisha said :”she is proud on us with that” Aisha said “and salma came out the savant of Allah messenger with her face red (raised temperature) so I talked to her about that and I explained it to her}[18]

Note: there is possible Errors in translation here as I translated the Arabic words one by one however you see that the story is similar

Problems with the Narration
First Fault:
_________________________________________________________________
Muhammad Ibn Omar Al-waqidi:Liar
{Ahmad Ibn Hanbal said: he is a Liar who drops hadiths
Ibn Maʿin said: he is not trustworthy
And Mura said: his hadiths should not be written
Bukhari and Abu Hatim said: Matrok(lefted)
Abd Abu hatim said aswell with Al-nisaʾi said: drops random hadiths
And Darqandi said: in him weakness}[19]

Second Fault (another weak narrator)
_________________________________________________________________
Abullah Ibn ʿAmir Al-Aslami(Weak)
{Imam Ibn Hajar Al-Asqalani said: Ibn ʿAmir Al-Aslami, Abo ʿamir Al-madani:Weak}[20]
Third Fault (Irsal)
Muhammad Ibn Yahya Ibn Haban is trusted But he never speaked  to the prophet directly
Imam Al-Dahabi said:
{he was born at the year forty seven}[21]

And it’s known that the prophet died at the year eleven of Hijra so the difference between the death of the prophet and Ibn yahya Birth is a disconnection of thirty six year

The Thighing of Aisha a brief refutation (update 2016/3/10: Grammar errors fixes, and Format fix)

In a very popular accusation against the prophet that he practiced a form of an intercourse called thighing (Mufaakhathah) مفاخذة

The sources for such claim goes as follows:
Source A
(As usual, Christian apologists got this accusation from Muslim scholars, who refer to the practice in their fatwas (legal rulings by Islamic scholars). The problem is that, whenever we link to a fatwa discussing the Islamic practice of thighing, Westernized Muslims complain to the fatwa site administrators, and the administrators then remove the fatwa. Once the fatwa is removed, Westernized Muslims accuse us of inventing the issue of thighing in order to attack Muhammad!

Just so there's no denying the fact that Muslim scholars issue such rulings, here's a screenshot of a fatwa on thighing that is still available at Islam Web (though it may be taken down once this article circulates):

But this won't convince Westernized Muslim apologists, who, despite their profound ignorance of their own sources, nevertheless believe that they know more about Islam than their scholars and jurists. They will settle for nothing less than a clear Qur'an statement declaring: "Thus saith Allah on the issue of thighing . . .," and even here they would simply reinterpret the passage! )[1]

One of the original sources which are only two comes from this site [2]

“Praise be to Allah and peace be upon the one after whom there is no [further] prophet. After the permanent committee for the scientific research and fatwas (religious decrees) reviewed the question presented to the grand Mufti Abu Abdullah Muhammad Al-Shamari, the question forwarded to the committee by the grand scholar of the committee with reference number 1809 issued on 3/8/1421(Islamic calendar). The inquirer asked the following: ‘It has become wide spread these days, and especially during weddings, the habit of mufakhathat of the children (mufakhathat literally translated means “placing between the thighs of children” which means placing the male erected penis between the thighs of a child). What is the opinion of scholars knowing full well that the prophet, the peace and prayers of Allah be upon him, also practiced the “thighing” of Aisha - the mother of believers - may Allah be pleased with her? ‘After the committee studied the issue, they gave the following reply: ‘It has not been the practice of the Muslims throughout the centuries to resort to this unlawful practice that has come to our countries from pornographic movies that the kofar (infidels) and enemies of Islam send. As for the Prophet, peace and prayers of Allah be upon him, thighing his fiancée Aisha. She was six years of age and he could not have intercourse with her due to her small age. That is why the prophet peace and prayers of Allah be upon him placed his penis between her thighs and massaged it lightly, as the apostle of Allah had control of his penis not like other believers’”

Now we have observed the only 2 available sources for such claims
Let’s start with the first one:
(Question
Asalamualaykumwarahmatullahiwabarakatahu can you explain to me the thing called "thighing" also pronounced "mufa

Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger. We ask Allaah to exalt his mention as well as that of his family and all his companions.

A-The term Mufaakhathah means to have foreplay with the wife in between her thighs. It is reported in one narration that when the Prophet Sallallahu  `alayhi  wa  sallam ( may  Allaah exalt his mention ) wanted to enjoy one of his wives who was in menstruation, he would put a piece of cloth on her vagina (i.e. cover it). [Ibn Maajah].
B-The author of Faydh Al-Qadeer interpreted the expression 'if he wanted to enjoy to mean having all permissible foreplay but avoiding the vagina [or the anus], like in between her thighs (i.e. Mufaakhathah).
Allaah Knows best.)

Response:
Let us focus on part (A)
The source site hadiths called ([Ibn Maajah].)
However, if we search the alleged hadith we won’t be able to find the alleged narration [3] therefore the first claim (A) is to be dismissed and rejected since such hadith doesn't exist

Let us look at part (B)
(The author of Faydh Al-Qadeer interpreted the expression 'if he wanted to enjoy to mean having all permissible foreplay but avoiding the vagina [or the anus], like in between her thighs (i.e. Mufaakhathah).   )
The authors of the so called fatwa attempt to bring a translation of the word however their attempts are futile, according to lisan al arab the most well-known dictionary of the Arabic language[4], we see that the word (Mufaakhathah) doesn't exist in the first place[5] , so how come the most respected will known dictionary of the Arabic language doesn't acknowledge the existence of such word, the closest word to Mufaakhathah  that is found in lisan al arab goes by the name of (Yufakhthou) يُفَخِّذُ translate into (separate tribes members one by one or fukhoth by fukhoth)
That is as close in translation as it can get no other way around
Conclusion:
The first sentence A of the first source site a hadith that doesn't exist in Sunan Ibn Majah, so how come people take this seriously?
The second part attempt to translate the word but as shown according to the most authentic dictionary on the Arabic language the word doesn't exist at all, therefore the second sentence B is also refuted

Since we are done with the first source let us see the second one:

“Praise be to Allah and peace be upon the one after whom there is no [further] prophet. After the permanent committee for the scientific research and fatwas (religious decrees) reviewed the question presented to the grand Mufti Abu Abdullah Muhammad Al-Shamari, the question forwarded to the committee by the grand scholar of the committee with reference number 1809 issued on 3/8/1421(Islamic calendar). The inquirer asked the following:‘It has become wide spread these days, and especially during weddings, the habit of mufakhathat of the children (mufakhathat literally translated means “placing between the thighs of children” which means placing the male erected penis between the thighs of a child). What is the opinion of scholars knowing full well that the prophet, the peace and prayers of Allah be upon him, also practiced the “thighing” of Aisha - the mother of believers - may Allah be pleased with her?’After the committee studied the issue, they gave the following reply: ‘It has not been the practice of the Muslims throughout the centuries to resort to this unlawful practice that has come to our countries from pornographic movies that the kofar (infidels) and enemies of Islam send. As for the Prophet, peace and prayers of Allah be upon him, thighing his fiancée Aisha. She was six years of age and he could not have intercourse with her due to her small age. That is why the prophet peace and prayers of Allah be upon him placed his penis between her thighs and massaged it lightly, as the apostle of Allah had control of his penis not like other believers’”)

This has been floating around the internet and it comes from the following source as sited in the original Arabic text
(اللجنة الدائمة للبحوث العلمية والافتاء) translate into:
The General Presidency of Scholarly Research and ifta
Their website[6] is considered the original source for such claim, now since the so-called fatwa number is 31409 let us attempted and search it on the original source and see if it does exist, we head to advance search under the search bar >Search by Fatwa number>then type in 31409 and see the result, as expected (No Results Found)[7]

So the authenticity of the second source also seems quite fabricated, as the fatwa doesn't exist in its original source at all, but let us go deeper and investigate it with in the fatwa itself the fatwa makes the following statement:
(عائشة فقد كانت في سن السادسة من عمرها ولا يستطيع ان يجامعها لصغر سنها لذلك كان صلى الله عليه وسلم يضع إربه بين فخذيها ويدلكه دلكا خفيفا)
Translate into:
(She was six years of age and he could not have intercourse with her due to her small age. That is why the prophet peace and prayers of Allah be upon him placed his penis between her thighs and massaged it lightly,)
Let us see if this actually correct
(that the Prophet () married her when she was six years old and he consummated his marriage when she was nine years old, and then she remained with him for nine years (i.e., till his death).)[8]

As we can see the hadith makes the claim that he engaged with her at the age of 6 then married her at age of 9 then she remained with him at age of 9

The statement from the Fatwa seems to suggest that the prophet practiced this sexual intercourse with Aisha at the Age of 6, however as we can see above the authentic hadith cited by Bukhari state that the prophet didn't consummate the marriage up until the age of 9, the fatwa seems to be contradicting the authenticated narration by Bukhari, subsequently making it unhistorical in comparison to the will respected Islamic exegesis of Bukhari

Conclusion:

It’s now safe to say the so-called fatwa has been refuted and debunked in it’s both sources that were provided, in conclusion, the so-called thighing of Aisha holds no merits no historical accuracy if it was investigated under the lens of Islamic tradition
